Born and raised in Rockford, IL Matt and his amazing wife Dana currently live in Houston, TX. Matt's heart is simply to empower people to be better. He believes no matter your background, age, color or creed, God works out all things for your good.  Through encouragement and a bit of helpful nudging, Matt challenges anyone who will accept, to take advantage of every situation and circumstance, whether good or bad and become better because of it.  

MATT IS A GRADUATE OF NORTH CENTRAL UNIVERSITY IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN.  MATT AND DANA SERVE THE VISION OF PASTOR JOEL & Victoria OSTEEN AT LAKEWOOD CHURCH in Houston, TX.  THEY have A BEAUTIFUL Daughter NAMED JORDYN BRIELLE ZACHERY and have recently welcome their second precious Little girl, AVeri Mae ZAchery to the world.  MATT IS A SPORTS ENTHUSIAST, ENJOYS TALKING ALL THINGS LEADERSHIP, AND ALONG WITH HIS WIFE LOVE DIY PROJECTS AND HOPE TO SOME DAY RENEVATE And FLIP HOMES.
